1930-2022

Murray Utah—Louise passed away peacefully at home returning to her heavenly father on May 2, 2022. She was born July 1, 1930 in Slaterville, Utah to William Jorgen Elmer and Sarah Elizabeth Rawson Elmer.

Louise was a loving Mother and Grandmother she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she always held her faith close to her heart. Louise always put others first, she loved her family and was grateful for any time she could spend with them. She had a big heart, was always kind to others and willing to lend a helping hand. She was a hard worker, an amazing seamstress, master of crafts, loved to dance, looked forward to family reunions and enjoyed gardening. Her favorite flower was clematis and she sure babied them. Her gift giving was spectacular there was always a gift bag of treasures or goodies. Louise will be remembered for her Hankies, if you ever received a card from her there was a hankie enclosed, it was a special little gift she enjoyed giving to everyone. She is no longer by our side but will be forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her 2 Sons David (kathy) Sloan, Tom (Lori) Sloan, Daughter Toni (Shawn) Donovan, Grandchildren, GreatGrandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband Joseph David Sloan, 2 Sons James and John Sloan and Daughter Sandee Haskell, 6 Brothers, William, Lawrence, Clyde, Leslie, Arthur, Jack Elmer

A grave side service will be held Friday July 1, 2022 1:00 pm at the American Fork Cemetery 26 W 600 N American Fork Utah

Celebration of life to be held following the service at 3942 South Turn Buckle Road Saratoga Springs, Utah
